Payment Options-
We accept Paypal, RME, Visa & MasterCard and Cashiers Checks.
The ECrater shopping cart is set up to only accept Paypal (which accepts credit cards). If you would like to use one of the other listed forms of payment, please contact us and we will work with you to set up payment arrangements. Washington residents must be charged state sales tax and will be sent a revised invoice. In the state of Washington, shipping is a taxed good.
Shipping and Handling-
At this time we offer USPS Priority Mail, and Parcel Post from Newport, WA. If you would like to pick up your order, please call 509-292-0724 to make arrangements for pick up.
We utilize Flat Rate Shipping whenever possible. We can usually fit 2-3 bars of soap or other similar sized (non fragile) items in a Flat Rate envelope for $4.95. If we feel that we can save you postage by shipping in a Flat Rate box, we will contact you before shipping to give you the option to change your shipping method and then send you a revised invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns/Refunds-
At SGA we want you to be satisfied with your product. However, due to the nature of some of our products and the risk of contamination. And we do not accept returns of opened products. And it is just not very cost effective postage wise. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues that you may have with your order. We will go the extra mile to replace the products, issue a gift certificate or in the extreme case even issue a refund. Bottom line. We want you to be happy.
Damage Claims-
All of our USPS orders are shipped insured. We make every effort to package your orders safely. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier and SGA immediately. We will do what's reasonable to assist you with your damaged shipping claim in order that you receive a shipping refund from the carrier. However, shipping damages are not our responsibility and are therefore not entitled for refund or exchange from SGA.
